These terms are between you and Summit Collective AI LLC ("Summit Collective"). By accessing Summit Collective and using SummitAI™, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the current period
• Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice to active members

When using SummitAI™:

• Use responsibly and ethically
• Do not share proprietary business information you don't own
• AI responses are for guidance; you're responsible for implementation decisions
• We reserve the right to limit usage for abuse or violations

Summit Collective owns all content, training materials, and SummitAI™ technology. Member-created playbooks and prompts remain your property, with a license granted to us for service improvement.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer or copy our systems
• Share your account credentials
• Use the service for illegal activities
• Scrape or automate access without permission

SummitAI™ and training content are provided "as is." We don't guarantee specific business outcomes. Always verify AI recommendations before implementation.

Summit Collective is not liable for indirect damages or business losses resulting from use of our services.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
