About Summit Collective
Operator DNA. Built for businesses that need AI to actually work.
Summit Collective was built because most AI consulting is broken.
Why we exist
The big firms sell strategy decks. The startups sell software you don't need. The agencies sell hours. None of them know what an RFQ looks like or what your shop runs on.
We started Summit Collective because the US is full of operators running real businesses — manufacturers, distributors, services, professional firms — who deserve better than a slick demo and an invoice. We deploy AI systems that integrate with the way you already work. We measure what changes. We charge a fixed price for a defined outcome.
If you want a transformation deck, we are not the right firm. If you want AI that earns its keep, we should talk.
How we work
Four principles. No exceptions.
01
We diagnose before we recommend.
02
We deploy in production, not pilots.
03
We price for outcomes, not hours.
04
We measure what changes.
Leadership
Built by an operator, not an outsider.

John Helbling
Founder
John founded Summit Collective after over two decades running Helbling Digital Media — an agency that built and operated marketing systems for manufacturers, contractors, and professional service firms. He has sat across the table from owners and presidents who needed the work to ship, not a deck to admire.
That operator background drives how Summit is built: productized tiers, fixed scope, deployed in production, measured against the metric that matters. John leads strategy and client relationships, and works directly with every engagement during the discovery phase.
Where we are
Across the US
We work with established businesses across the US.
Most engagements happen virtually with on-site visits as needed.
If you're an operator ready to put AI to work —
book a discovery call. 30 minutes. We diagnose first, recommend second. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you within the first five minutes.
