No. Every system we deploy is built to make the people you already have faster and more leveraged. The estimator still estimates. The receptionist still owns the relationship. The AI handles the repetitive intake, extraction, and routing work that nobody enjoys doing anyway. We've never had a client reduce headcount because of a Summit deployment — they reallocate it to the work that actually grows the business.

Yes. We've built integrations against all of the major manufacturing ERPs and most of the regional ones. If you're running on something custom or older, we work through the export/import surface or directly against the database with your IT lead. We don't require you to migrate to a new system — that's the whole point.

First live system in 30 to 60 days. Measurable change in the metric we agreed on (quote turnaround, response time, capture rate) within 90 days of go-live. If we can't tell you what changed and by how much, we haven't done the job.

It stays yours. We don't train models on your data, we don't sell it, and we don't store it outside the systems and infrastructure you approve. For regulated buyers, we can run the entire stack inside a private environment. The default deployment uses well-known commercial AI providers under a no-training data agreement.

Some. We need read access to the systems we're integrating with and a point of contact who can approve credentials and connections. We don't need a dedicated AI team, a data scientist on staff, or a 12-month integration project. Most engagements need 2–4 hours of IT time per week during the deployment phase, and almost none afterward.

We agree on the metric upfront. If we deploy a system and the metric doesn't move, you don't pay the retainer. We're betting our business on the fact that productized, well-scoped AI deployments do move the number — and we'd rather earn the relationship by proving it than by selling around it.
